The Yorkshire Imperial DUT band will be performing at the Trinity Church in Ossett as part of their 150th year anniversary celebrations. The concert will be held on Saturday 30th May and will begin at 19.30pm at Trinity Church, Church Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire WF5 9DW.
The Trinity Church is a beautiful Grade II* listed building, built from Yorkshire Stone and is home to fabulous stained glass work that will be on show on the evening. Trinity Church is one of only three churches in the UK who can ring a peal of 14 bells – IMPressive.
The programme, which is designed to appeal to all musical tastes will include John William’s Indiana Jones and Tchaikoavsky’s 1812 Overture. The Imps will also be performing pieces that they will be competing with when they go on tour to compete in a Danish Entertainment Competition later on this year.
Tickets are reasonable priced at £10 for Adults and £8 for concessions. You can buy tickets online here and we will announce when tickets will go on sale from the church and another venue.
After a great start to the year, the Yorkshire Imps are on fine form so this concert is not to be missed!
